In the unlikely event that you are not totally happy with your purchase or the items are suspected to be faulty then the items will be required to be sent back to us. Below are the terms for returning goods purchased online from us.
Non Faulty Returns
We allow up to 30 days for the return of any items purchased online from us.
- You the "Buyer" are responsibly for any return postage costs.
- All items must be returned in its original state including all packaging and a copy of your invoice, items must not show any signs of use or damage.
- If the product packaging is missing or damaged in any way 10% will be deducted from the refund.
- We will not accept the return of items that have been modified in any way.
- All refunds are minus the original postage cost and 5% payment processing fees.
Any items returned we feel do not meet all of our terms will not be refunded and You the "Buyer" will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to yourself up to £5.
Faulty Returns
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any goods delivered to you are faulty or unfit for purpose, provided you notify us within the first 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer, store credit or the product replaced.
If this 30-day period has passed, we will offer a repair or replacement provided that you report the fault within the warranty period of your product. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s) we will provide you with a full refund including the original shipping costs up to £5.

If all conditions have not been met then you may experience delays in the processing of your return, or the return being rejected fully. If this occurs then you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
