TCX Fitting Guide Facelift Transit

Remove the headlight.

Remove the wiring harness.

Undo the larger cap on the back of the headlight by unscrewing counter clockwise.

Remove the Collar from the bulb by gently twisting. Install the collar into the headlight.

Insert the bulb into the collar, making sure the finished position points the wire of the bulb downwards towards 6 o'clock.

Failing to do this will result in irregular beam pattern.

Plug the bulb into the van headlight bulb connector, this plug has black wires only so if you plug it in and it doesn't work simply unplug it turn it 180' and try again. You should be doing this with your ignition off, if whatever reason you have done it with your ignition on then you may need to cycle the ignition for them to work
