Transit Custom TC-X Fitting Guide

Remove the headlight.

Remove the wiring harness.

Undo the larger cap on the back of the headlight by unscrewing counter clockwise.

Remove the Collar from the bulb by gently twisting. Install the collar into the headlight.

Insert the bulb into the collar, making sure the finished position points the wire of the bulb downwards towards 6 o'clock.

Failing to do this will result in irregular beam pattern.

Plug the wire of the bulb into the supplied decoder. 

Taking note of the Polaritt symbols on the plug of the bulb "+" & "-", 

Red wire to "+"

Black wire to "-"

Plug the opposite end of the Decoder into the headlight bulb plug.
